Came in with some tense neck/shoulders limiting the ability to turn my head. After treatment movement has increased and it feels better. Very professional in going over everything and homecare etc.

I had a booking supposedly Jan. 17, 2018 at 2:15pm. I went to the room beside the small gym where you usually do you your massage session but nothing was set up there at 2:00 pm. Nobody told me that you will hold it at rm. 101. So disappointing. No call or email regarding change of venue. Anyway, better luck next time.

My therapy session was really positive. Jonathan started out by doing a thorough assessment of my posture and habits. During the massage, he was really informative about what he was doing, as well as what I should be doing on a regular basis such as stretching and strength training.

Really mindful and thoughtful process. Good communication on the specific treatment, and clear suggestions for stretches to do afterwards. It was a bit difficult to hear Jonathan at times because others were also talking.

I've been really happy with the treatment I have received over the past two appointments.
I went in after missing several weeks and it was a wonderful massage, just the right amount of pressure to get that "feel good pain"

I walked in with very tight hamstrings and quads and consequently lower back pain. Nadine was amazing. I was pain-free and my muscles were a lot looser this morning for my workout. Thank you!
Thankyou Nadine, I felt much better after the massage. My quads and hamstrings did not feel as tight until leg day the following morning at 6 am. Unfortunately, I right back where I started but will do the recommended stretches until I see you next week.
Received an email asking for feedback- Better massage services than I get from my RMT. Students listen to client's issues and are very knowledgeable. Provide great home care advice. I am almost always pleasantly pleased with my treatment. Look forward to it every week.
Love the convenience of having massages available after work. Love the price. Just wish there was a bit more privacy. Harm is amazing! Put in some privacy screens and it would be a 5 star rating.
I felt like a guinea pig in there today... which was a GREAT feeling. Somebody was caring enough to find out what the issues were with my aging body! Thanks so much!
